Terms of service

The agreement between you and BounceGrip: what the subscription covers, what you are responsible for, and the limits of what we promise.

Draft, pending legal review. This document describes the intended agreement accurately but has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet binding.

What the subscription covers

The seat subscription is for access to the BounceGrip workspace, billed per seat. It does not include model usage. Model usage is billed to you directly by each provider, against the API keys you connect, at that provider’s published rates. We do not resell tokens and we do not mark up your usage.

Seat count follows the members of your workspace, and changes as people join or leave.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the provider accounts you connect and for everything billed to them, including usage generated by members of your workspace. You are responsible for keeping your own account secure, and for what your team does with the models you enable.

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or in a way that violates the terms of the model providers you have connected. Their acceptable-use policies apply to your usage through this product exactly as they would apply directly.

Your content

Your workspace content remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service: to store your content, to display it back to you and to the workspace members you have shared it with, and to transmit it to the provider you have selected when you send a request.

Availability and model behaviour

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not control the availability, pricing, output, or continued existence of any model provider. Providers deprecate models, change prices, and impose rate limits on their own schedule.

Model output can be wrong. It is generated text, not advice, and it should be checked before it is relied on for anything that matters.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. Your provider keys stop being used when you do. Your data remains readable to you for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can get it out, and you can ask for it to be deleted.
