How BYOK billing works
Two bills, and only one of them is ours
The seat price covers the workspace: the chat surface, comparison runs, agents, shared prompts and files, usage reporting, and team controls. It does not cover model usage.
Model usage goes to the provider whose key you connected, at the rate they publish, on your own account. That is the whole point of bring-your-own-key: you can audit the bill at source, take any discount you have negotiated, and switch models without asking anyone's permission.
What that costs in practice
It depends entirely on which models your team uses and how much. Rather than guess, model it: the free calculators use each provider's published rates and need no account.
Seats follow your team
Seat count tracks the members of your workspace and updates as people join or leave. Owners connect and manage provider keys; members use the enabled models without ever handling a credential.
