Product and account questions
Questions about connecting a provider, enabling models, inviting your team, or anything that is not behaving the way this site describes. Include your workspace name and, if it is about a specific chat or run, roughly when it happened.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it privately rather than in public. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and what you were able to access. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated while we investigate, and credit you if you would like to be credited.
Please do not run automated scanning against the production API, and do not access, modify, or retain data belonging to another workspace while testing.
Billing
Subscription questions, seat counts, and invoices. Note that model usage is billed by your provider directly against your own API keys and never appears on a BounceGrip invoice, so questions about token spend belong with your provider.
